Executive Coaching

This programme trains coaches and HR professionals in frameworks and practices used to support executive growth, including GROW and other evidence-based methods. You will learn how to structure coaching engagements, set measurable development objectives, use powerful questioning, and document progress. The course also covers confidentiality and ethical issues relevant to senior coaching, and includes practice sessions to build confidence in facilitating high-impact leadership development conversations.
