Progress tracker & leveling
Metrics are evaluated daily. Level 1 and Level 2 advance automatically when all six criteria are met. Top Rated requires an additional review.

Metrics can improve daily. Moving down starts with a 30-day grace period when top-row metrics fall below the current level requirements.

Pro status is approved based on professional experience, while level status depends on marketplace metrics.
